How long does it take to do a sale?
Typically it will take 1 - 2 weeks to set up a home for an estate sale. However, each home is different.
Contact me to make an appointment to discuss your needs one-on-one. We would meet to walk through the property and then I will present a estimate/plan with a timeline for the estate sale based on several factors: your timing, the condition of the estate, and availability.
What are the costs?
I am able to give you an estimate during a walkthrough. There are costs to advertise, stage and price, conduct the sale, and pack-up your donations, along with a commission based on goods sold.
