Call before you start to discard anything. What you may think is trash may actually be a treasure! I can advise you on items that are keepers and things that should be discarded.
How long does it take to do a sale?
Typically it will take 1 - 2 weeks (including advertising time) to set up a home for an estate sale. However, each home is different.

What are the costs?
I am able to give you an estimate during a walkthrough. There are costs to advertise, organize, stage, and price items for the sale, along with a commission based on goods sold. If we will be processing donations after the sale, there are fees associated with that time.
